Dr. Kevin Peck
Lead Pastor, The Austin Stone
Kevin Peck is the Lead Pastor of The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, TX.
He works to bring strategic leadership, strong teams, and a passion for developing leaders to the local church. He serves as an adjunct professor, investing in Masters and Doctoral leadership students, and coaches dozens of senior leaders every year through Strategic Leadership Communities with Lifeway Leadership.
He completed his doctoral work in Executive Leadership at Southern Seminary and he co-wrote “Designed to Lead: The Church and Leadership Development”.
He is married to Leslie and together they have 3 beautiful girls – Ellie, Halle, and Ivey.
Dr. Josh Patterson
Lead Pastor, The Village Church
Josh Patterson serves as a Lead Pastor at The Village Church in Flower Mound, TX.
He is passionate about discovering, developing, and deploying the potential in leaders for the sake of the Kingdom. He works toward this end at The Village Church through coaching and leading in Strategic Leadership Communities with Lifeway Leadership, and investing in seminary doctoral students.
Josh received his Doctorate in Executive Leadership from Southern Seminary and is also a co-author of the book “Creature of the Word” along with Matt Chandler and Eric Geiger.
Josh and his wife, Natalie, are the proud parents of Lily, Luke, Liv, and Lucy.

Cohort 1: February - May 2023
This cohort includes in-person setting on-site at The Austin Stone and The Village Church. You’ll have space to navigate challenges, be immersed in strategic development and best practices, and get a one-year membership to MinistryGrid.
- Gathering 1 is in Austin, TX on February 15-17, 2023
- Gathering 2 is in Dallas, TX on May 3-5, 2023
*There will be additional online meetings in between gatherings

Matt Chandler
Lead Pastor, The Village Church
Matt Chandler serves as Lead Pastor at The Village Church in Flower Mound, TX. He came to The Village in December 2002 and describes his tenure as a replanting effort where he was involved in changing the theological and philosophical culture of the congregation. Matt is currently involved in church planting efforts both locally and internationally through The Village and various strategic partnerships. He serves as president of Acts 29, a worldwide church-planting organization. Over the last 10 years, Acts 29 has emerged from a small band of brothers to over 600 churches in the United States and around the world. His greatest joy outside of Jesus is being married to Lauren and being a dad to their three children, Audrey, Reid, and Norah.
Aaron Ivey
Pastor of Worship & Creativity, The Austin Stone
Aaron Ivey is the Pastor of Worship at The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas, where he pastors a team of worship leaders, artists, storytellers, and musicians. Aaron has written and produced ten worship albums, and has written hundreds of congregational worship songs that are sung all over the world. Passionate about mentoring and developing young leaders and world changers, Aaron spends much of his time communicating on topics of leadership, theology, art, and culture. He and his wife Jamie have been married for seventeen years, and have four children, Cayden, Amos, Deacon, and Story.
Jen Wilkin
Author and Bible Teacher
Jen Wilkin is an author and Bible teacher from Dallas, Texas. She has organized and led studies for women in home, church, and parachurch contexts. An advocate for Bible literacy, her passion is to see others become articulate and committed followers of Christ, with a clear understanding of why they believe what they believe, grounded in the Word of God. Eric Geiger
Senior Pastor, Mariners Church
Eric Geiger is the Senior Pastor of Mariners Church in Irvine, California. Before moving to Southern California, Eric served as senior vice-president for LifeWay Christian. Eric received his doctorate in leadership and church ministry from Southern Seminary. Eric has authored or co-authored several books including the best-selling church leadership book, Simple Church. Eric is married to Kaye, and they have two daughters: Eden and Evie. During his free time, Eric enjoys dating his wife, taking his daughters to the beach, and mountain biking.
Dhati Lewis
Lead Pastor, Blueprint Church
Dhati Lewis is the lead pastor and church planter of Blueprint Church in Atlanta, Georgia, and vice president of Send Network with the North American Mission Board. He earned his Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctorate of Ministry in Great Commission Mobilization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dhati is father to seven and husband to Angie. He is the author of both the Bible studies and books, Among Wolves: Disciple-Making in the City and Advocates: The Narrow Path to Racial Reconciliation.
